3. Feedback Requirement
Participants agree to provide regular, constructive feedback on the beta solution. If no meaningful feedback is provided, Aistetic may withdraw access at its discretion.

 

4. Intellectual Property
All IP rights in the beta solution remain the sole property of Aistetic. Feedback provided does not grant any rights to participants in Aistetic’s IP.

 

5. Data and Privacy
Aistetic may collect and process usage and feedback data to improve the solution. Data will be handled in line with Aistetic’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

 

6. Use Restrictions
Participants must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or share the beta solution. It may only be used for testing and feedback purposes.

 

7. Term and Termination
The Programme is time-limited. Aistetic may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice.

 

8. Confidentiality
Participants must not disclose any non-public information about the beta solution.

 

9. No Warranty
The beta solution is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Aistetic accepts no liability for issues arising from its use.

 

10. Communications
By joining the Programme, participants consent to receive updates, surveys, and related communications from Aistetic.

 

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
